- There's a tasting of two cuts for ¥500 — choose your flavours on the spot.
- What kinds do you make?
- Shōro is the dashi-rich standard; kamaage with sakura shrimp, tobitama with aonori, karitō with chili, oyakoyaki with chicken. What's on the counter changes by the day.
