Tsukiji Shoro is a tamagoyaki specialist in the Tsukiji Outer Market. We roll Japanese omelets fresh through the morning — egg, dashi and a copper pan, one pan at a time. Plain shōro, sakura-shrimp kamaage, aonori tobitama, chili karitō, chicken oyakoyaki. Take a slice, or a whole roll home.
